We are able to run a number of our workshops and classes off-site, in your space, as part of your program. These are typically 4 to 8 session workshops between 1 and 2 hours long, based on the needs of your afterschool schedule. Our typical rate for running afterschool workshops is $150/session for a 1.5 to 2 hour session (with some variability based on number of students, cost of supplies, travel-time, etc.) We can run a shorter (hour-long) workshop, but the price is the same.
Our most common travelling afterschool programs are introductory classes in electronics and/or computer programming, as well as broader”open-shop”-style building-and-tinkering workshops. But we run programs on a very broad range of topics — see below for a general list, or look at our Past Classes and Workshops for ideas.
If you would like to arrange for us to be part of your program, email us — contact@partsandcrafts.org — with some ideas about what kinds of programming you are interested in as well as scheduling logistics, and we can work from there.
